Art Exploration I
Age Range: 4 – 6
Time Commitment: 1 hr/week
Young artists will develop artistic skills while exploring their creative instincts in diverse mediums and styles. Taking inspiration from still life, photographs, books, and art history, they will learn drawing, painting, sculpture, printmaking, and other mixed media fundamentals. Students will be introduced to the elements of art while experimenting with a variety of techniques to express their creative imaginations and represent them in new artistic ways.
Students will be encouraged to complete individual and group original pieces in a supportive atmosphere that is both fun and rewarding. They will build a personal portfolio of their works as well as display their favourite pieces in a final term exhibition.
Tuition: $894.73 + registration fee ($30 single, $50 for family)
Monthly Payment Plan: $298.24
Term Payment Plan: $89.47
