The Teen Creation Collective (TCC) returns for its second year, after last year’s sold-out program (and rave Fringe Festival reviews)!

Are you looking for a way to stay connected to creative community and hone your acting and writing skills?
Take part in this innovative, exciting theatre program for teens aged 13-18. Actors will study theatre creation, acting technique and performance exclusively online. After two weeks of exciting creation and collaboration, actors will share their play with online audiences, bringing theatre to the forefront of the digital space.

The TCC program runs Monday-Friday from July 6-17, with four performances for the Hamilton Fringe Festiva’s virtual summer festival, between  (exact dates/times to be announced). Each rehearsal will run from 2:00 – 4:15 pm, via Zoom. All login information will be sent to participants upon registration.

Each day will consist of an actor’s warm up, technique building, collective creation, and rehearsal, offering the opportunity for young people to connect with others and make new friends.

The Teen Creation Collective is crafted and facilitated by actors, teaching artists, and theatre creators Stephanie Hope Lawlor and Erica May. Their collaborative teaching approach allows for a safe space for students to explore theatre in a nurturing, fun environment.
