CLASS DESCRIPTION
Enhance your pointe technique and strengthen your skills in Adult Pointe, designed for experienced dancers who are ready to elevate their artistry. This class focuses on building the strength and precision necessary for advanced pointe work through a combination of exercises at the barre, centre practice, and variations from classical repertoire.

PRE-REQUISITE:
2-3 years of experience in HCA’s ballet program, or with a teacher’s recommendation. This class is designed for adults with previous experience in pointe work. Participants should be comfortable and secure in their pointe shoes, with a strong foundation in ballet technique.

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR
Aurora Martínez
Aurora Martínez is a Mexican ballet dancer and educator who trained at the Escuela Superior de Música y Danza de Monterrey and performed with Ballet de Monterrey for six years. She has performed classical, neo-classical, and contemporary works and is passionate about inspiring the next generation of dancers.
